Jesus Said "You must be Born Again"

Many are called

Matthew 22:14.. for many are called but few are chosen

I've heard sermons preached on this verse and similar verses, many times, over the past number of years. Who is Jesus speaking to and what does He mean when He says that few are chosen? Is Jesus speaking to me?

I'm familiar with John 6:44..No one can come to me, except the Father who sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. Other Translations

I know that I'm a Christian. I know that I've been Born Again. I know, in my spirit that, I'm in a right relationship with Jesus.

Romans 8:16..The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
